Dr. Bryan Sires
MD, FACS
Dr. Sires is an eye and facial plastic surgeon in Seattle, Washington. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and completed his Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
He has served on the faculty of the University of Washington for 30 years, where he has been Director of the Oculoplastic Surgery Fellowship and has trained dozens of eye plastic surgery fellows — many of whom now practise across the country.
Dr. Sires has published approximately 50 peer-reviewed papers indexed in PubMed, spanning more than two decades, in journals including Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Survey of Ophthalmology. His research covers the biomechanics of the levator aponeurosis, human orbital sympathetic nerve pathways, eyelid position, lacrimal and orbital disease, and complications of oculoplastic surgery. Dr. Sires treats both aesthetic and reconstructive conditions of the eyelids, orbit and surrounding face, and his patients travel from throughout the United States and abroad for his care.
