Licensed Master Esthetician

Responsibilities

• Conduct aesthetic consultations, educate patients, and perform safe yet effective treatments. to address patients’ aesthetic goals. 
• Advise clients on skin care products and home care regimens.
• Create realistic expectations of treatment goals.
• Obtain and document informed consent prior to all procedures.
• Document all treatments, procedures, and relevant patient communication.
• Adhere to esthetics policies pertaining to usage; cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment.
• Follow up with patients post treatment as needed.
• Make appropriate referrals for injections and/or surgery.

Qualifications

• WA State Master Esthetician license, LPN, RN, PA license.
• Minimum 1-year experience, preferably 2+ years.
• Experience providing energy-based treatments including Thermage, Fraxel, Ultherapy, ThermiVa, miraDry, laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal, and IPL.
• Experience providing skin care treatments including micro-needling, radiofrequency microneedling, and medium-depth chemical peels.
• Excellent time management.
• Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism.
• Outstanding people skills and warm, friendly manner.
