Licensed Master Esthetician

Are you an experienced and compassionate Licensed Master Esthetician with experience in medical lasers and a professional demeanor and team-oriented approach who thrives in fast-paced environments while providing the highest levels of customer service? If yes, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct aesthetic consultations, educate patients, and perform safe yet effective treatments to address patients’ aesthetic goals.
  • Advise clients on skin care products and home care regimens.
  • Adhere to esthetics policies pertaining to chemical usage; cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Inventory management
  • Caring for linens and replacing them between treatments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • WA State Master Esthetician license
  • Minimum 2-years experience, preferably 4+ years.
  • Experience providing energy-based treatments including Ultherapy, Thermage FLX, Fraxel, IPL, and laser tattoo removal.
  • Experience providing specialty energy-based treatments such as ThermiVa, miraDry, and Acupulse CO2.
  • Experience providing medical skincare treatments such as Radio-Frequency Micro-needling and chemical peels.

Marketing Coordinator

Our Plastic Surgery & Rejuvenation Center is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will create energy and excitement around our services and products to help take our growing practice even further. To do this effectively, you’ll need to be a brand ambassador with a passion for education who is able to speak, in moderate depth, about our entire portfolio of procedures and skincare products.

What you'll do in this role:

  • Assist with the development of the Annual Strategic Marketing Plan.
  • Create Monthly/Quarterly Tactical Plans to meet strategic objectives.
  • Own execution of tactical plans including daily social media posts, blog posts, drip campaigns, and promotion of monthly specials, and targeted outreach.
  • Continuously identify Service Category cross-marketing opportunities.
  • Content generation and updates for owned media channels.
  • Own non-surgical lead conversion.
  • MBR/QBR & Scorecard Metrics.
  • To stay at the top of your game, continuously update your knowledge of aesthetic treatments and industry trends.

The qualities you'll have:

  • Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • You love to work collaboratively in a diverse, cross-functional workplace.
  • Highly personable while maintaining professionalism.

The experience you'll bring:

  • 2+ years marketing experience.
  • Experience working at a MedSpa or with a Plastic Surgery practice.
  • Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media campaigns.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising patient journeys that engage, inform, and motivate

Aesthetic Injector

Naficy Rejuvenation Center is the Pacific Northwest’s premiere center for aesthetic injections. Our nationally top-ranked center is looking for the perfect candidate to join our growing family of expert injectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a wide range of cosmetic injections including Botox/Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra, Radiesse, Bellafill, PRP, Kybella, Sclerotherapy, Cellfina, and Threadlifts.
  • Evaluate patients to develop indvidualized treatment plants.
  • Obtain patient applicable medical history and consents prior to patient treatments.
  • Maintain EHR patient medical charts with promptness, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Participate in training and educational webinars to stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technology.
  • Participate in special sales and educational events.
  • Maintain treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of full-time aesthetic injecting experience required. 2+ years preferred.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current Washington State RN License.
  • BLS and ACLS needed within 6 months of hire.
  • Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate and educate patients with confidence during all aspects of their treatments.
  • Must be organized, courteous, and professional, with a heavy emphasis on outstanding customer service.
