Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Rare opportunity to work as an aesthetic nurse injector in Washington State's premiere aesthetic center in Bellevue, WA.  Our center is looking for the perfect candidate to join our  cuurent family of 5 highly trained aesthetic  nurse injectors. We are looking for a full-time (or part-time)  RN  injector with a minimum of one year aesthetic injection experience. Must be able to work under minimal supervision. Must be organized, courteous, and professional. Heavy emphasis on outstanding customer service.

Duties include

  • Working under the supervision of our on site plastic surgeon
  • Assesing patients with cosmetic concerns
  • Providing a wide range of cosmetic injections including but not limited to Botox, Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra, PRP

Requirements

  • Highest level of customer service.
  • Minimum one year aesthetic injection experience.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current Washington State RN License

Aesthetic Provider Assistant

Are you an energetic, positive Medical Assistant with a professional demeanor and team-oriented approach who thrives in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments all while providing the highest levels of customer service? If yes, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for an Aesthetic Provider Assistant to assist our providers with their injection, laser, CoolSculpting, and skincare appointments. 

What you’ll do in this role
  • Visit preparation
    • Review providers’ schedule for the day and work with your colleague to determine how the two of you will divide responsibilities for the day
    • Assist the Front Desk to work in any urgent patients
    • Prepare treatment rooms
    • Gather relevant data specific to visits. E.g., review patients’ last Clinic Note, look at their Account Details to see if they have any prepaid/banked treatments, etc. 
  • Room patients
    • Greet patients in the waiting room
    • Establish patients’ agenda and priorities for the visit
    • Prepare patients for their treatment
      • Review treatment risks and aftercare considerations with the patient
      • Provide general pricing information and communicate applicable promos
      • Perform any pre-treatment tumescent injections, numbing cream application, or and/or take before photos
  • Handoff to provider
    • Quick “mini-huddle” with the provider to share the information you learned during rooming to help the provider best meet the patient’s aesthetic goals
    • Anticipate and gather supplies most likely needed by the provider to complete the patient’s treatment
    • Start the patient’s chart note, filling in everything you can
    • If the provider is running behind, assist with adding treatments provided into the patient’s cart
  • Assist with inventory management and purchasing of supplies
Minimum qualifications
  • Medical Assistant 
  • Prior experience assisting aesthetic procedures
  • Talent for working with a variety of personalities with differing work styles
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiency while maintaining and unhurried appearance
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism
  • Computer and software proficiency 
Preferred qualifications
  • A year or more working at a MedSpa or with a Plastic Surgery practice
  • Proficiency using Nextech Electronic Medical Record software
  • Experience using Mindbody Online software (business-side)

Rejuvenation Consultant

What you'll do in this role

  • Get interested patients to schedule in-depth consultations with the appropriate provider and/or follow-up treatments
  • Be a brand ambassador who has a passion for education and creates energy and excitement around our services and products.  To do this effectively, you’ll be expected to speak, with moderate depth, about our entire portfolio of treatments and skincare products
  • Immerse yourself in meaningful connections with our patients to build new and deepen existing relationships. Examples of this include:
    • Being “on-call” to discuss additional treatments with onsite patients. E.g., Patient comes in for Fillers and expresses during their treatment that they’re interested and have been considering a Laser Treatment for skin tightening.
    • Guide phone-in patients through their treatment options through thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing your experience and expertise.
  • Use your savvy computer skills to mining our internal database to
    • Follow up with patients you’ve spoken to that have not yet scheduled a consultation
    • Reach out to surgery patients whom the doctor feels would be good candidates for non-surgical maintenance treatments
    • Touch base with patients who have not been into the practice for a length of time
    • Identify cross-marketing opportunities
  • Help patients sign up for Care Credit to pay for Surgical and Laser procedures
  • To stay at the top of your game, continuously update your knowledge of aesthetic treatments and industry trends

Front Desk Coordinator

We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, and polite Front Desk Coordinator who will provide our patients with exceptional guest service and outstanding patient care.  
What you’ll do in this role
  • Create an atmosphere that is warm, welcoming, and professional
  • Anticipate patients’ needs and consistently over deliver on their expectations
  • Schedule appointments, check patients in, and check patients out with superb efficiency and accuracy
  • Be knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous when answering questions on the phone and in person
  • Respond to email inquiries from existing and prospective patients promptly
  • Assist patients with their rewards points and prepaid/banked treatments

Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for a talented, dependable, resourceful, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to support our fast-paced practice. The perfect candidate will have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information both inside and outside the practice. Must be excellent at multi-tasking, organization, and attention to detail while responding effectively to changing workloads and priorities.

What you'll do in this role

  • Provide general office support including but not limited to coordinating meetings and events, procurement of supplies, scanning and faxing documents, sending and receiving mail/packages
  • Assist with various marketing activities such as categorizing patient interests, crafting monthly newsletters, designing PowerPoint slides, and updating website blog, general updates to the website, gathering assets for social media posts, and scheduling drip campaigns.
  • Create Electronic Medical Records for new patients and send out new patient paperwork
  • Audit upcoming appointments to ensure patient has their online medical history completed, has paid a treatment deposit (if applicable), determine if the patient has prepaid “banked” services, and more.
  • Report reconciliations
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and professionalism
  • Strong and efficient multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and G-Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
  • Solid clerical skills including scanning, faxing, typing meeting notes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to handle administrative details independently, while keeping stakeholders adequately informed
  • Ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities 
  • Ability react with appropriate levels of urgency to multiple situations, requests, and events that require quick response or turnaround
