Three fellowship-trained, board-certified surgeons perform face and neck surgery at our Bellevue center. Dr. Sam Naficy and Dr. Keith Hurvitz both offer the full range of facial cosmetic procedures, and all three perform eyelid surgery and brow lifts. Dr. Bryan Sires, an oculoplastic surgeon, additionally handles ptosis repair and orbital and lacrimal surgery. Having three surgeons with distinct training pathways covering the same anatomy is unusual for a single practice, and it means your consultation can be matched to the surgeon whose background best fits your case.

Sam Naficy, MD, FACS
Double board-certified in Facial Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, founder and medical director. Dr. Naficy specializes in surgery of the nose and face and performs hundreds of rhinoplasty and facial plastic surgery procedures each year, including more than 100 face lifts annually. He is a clinical faculty member at the University of Washington and regularly teaches advanced facial plastic surgery technique to other physicians. Keith Hurvitz, MD, FACS
Board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Hurvitz offers the same range of facial procedures as Dr. Naficy, alongside breast and body surgery. His training is unusual and directly relevant to the face: he completed an Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery residency at USC before going on to a Plastic Surgery residency at the University of California, Irvine — two full surgical residencies covering the head and neck.
He has practised since 2007 and served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center from 2012 to 2024, where he was also Residency Program Director and Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at UC Irvine, training plastic surgery residents. He was a member of the Long Beach Memorial Cleft Lip and Palate Team, performing complex reconstruction in infants born with facial deformities. He is recognised by Castle Connolly and Super Doctors, and received Los Angeles Magazine's Top Doctor award in 2020. He joined us in Bellevue in 2025. Read his full biography.
Bryan Sires, MD, PhD, FACS
Dr. Sires is an eye and facial plastic surgeon and a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology, who completed his Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He performs eyelid surgery alongside Dr. Naficy and Dr. Hurvitz — upper and lower blepharoplasty, brow lift and eye bag surgery — and is the surgeon here for functional and reconstructive oculoplastic work, including ptosis repair and orbital and lacrimal surgery.
He has served on the faculty of the University of Washington for 30 years, where he is Director of the Oculoplastic Surgery Fellowship and has trained dozens of eye plastic surgery fellows now practising across the country. He has published approximately 50 peer-reviewed papers indexed in PubMed, on subjects including the biomechanics of the levator aponeurosis, orbital sympathetic nerve pathways, eyelid position, and complications of oculoplastic surgery. Why Naficy for facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery?
Our surgeons' experience and results attract patients from across the country and internationally. Between them they hold certification from the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Ophthalmology, and all three have held academic teaching appointments — two of them as fellowship or residency program directors. Surgery is performed at our own Medicare-certified, Washington State–accredited surgical facility.
