Cancellation Policy for Surgical Procedures

Surgical quotes, and any iteration, are valid for 3 months.  To ensure you receive the surgical pricing offered during your consultation, your surgery must be scheduled within 3 months, and surgery completed within 12 months of receipt of the originating quote.  A non-refundable deposit of the 10% of the total cost of the surgery is required to reserve your surgery date.  This deposit will be credited toward your procedure.  Should you need to reschedule a surgery date more than once, a $500 rescheduling fee is required.  Your surgery balance is due at the time of your pre-operative appointment or 3 weeks prior to your surgery, whichever comes first.  The surgery balance is non-refundable.  In the event of a revision surgery, you will be responsible for additional expenses.  Additional detail may be found in the Cosmetic Surgery Proposal Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation Policy for Non-Surgical Procedures and Office Visits (in-person and virtual)

A Late Cancellation/Reschedule & No-Show Policy has been established in order to provide the highest level of service to all of our patients. By providing us timely notice of a cancellation, we may be able to accommodate other patients with the appointment time. This is vital given high demand and limited availability of appointments.

Therefore, as a courtesy to other patients and our providers we require 48-hour notice for all appointment cancellations and reschedules.

A $150 Cancellation Fee will be charged to your credit card on file for all late cancellations, late reschedules, and no-shows.

If you arrive late for your appointment, your provider may not be able to perform your non-surgical treatment in the time remaining. It will then be considered a late cancellation and the $150 Cancellation Fee will be assessed. While we will make every effort to see you, we cannot inconvenience the patient following you.

Please note that forfeiture of $500 Non-Refundable Deposits will be enforced for CoolSculpting, Laser Treatments, PRP in lieu of the $150 Cancellation Fee.

If you chose to prepay for your non-surgical treatment in-full in lieu of the $500 Non-Refundable Deposit to secure your appointment time, your non-surgical treatment cost, minus $500, will be refunded to you.

If you fraudulently dispute these fees or payments with your bank, an additional $30 fee will be charged to cover bank and processing fees.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to best serve the needs of all of our patients.
