This man wanted to improve the contour of his neck. There was a moderate amount of laxity of the neck skin and muscle but the patient did not want to have a neck lift. A weekend neck lift procedure was performed, consisting of liposuction and tightening of the neck muscles. The contour of the neck is improved and the skin laxity has not posed a significant problem.
