Naficy Scheduling and Naficy Rewards are now here!
In our last post, we shared a couple exciting changes to Naficy Rejuvenation Center. We’re happy to announce they’re now here!
Naficy Scheduling powered by MINDBODY allows you greater control over your appointments and account right from the convenience of your computer or mobile device!
Some of the wonderful features of Naficy Scheduling include:
- The ability to schedule, reschedule, or cancel your appointments
- View your upcoming appointments
- View your appointment history
- Going forward you can see your past purchases and easily identify your pre-paid treatments and services
We’ve already created a Naficy Scheduling account for you and migrated all of your past and future appointments.
You can set your Naficy Scheduling password by clicking this LINK, enter the email address you have on file with us and you’ll receive an email with instructions on setting a new password. If you prefer, we can assist you with setting a password at your next visit.
You can access Naficy Scheduling by visiting our website or by downloading the Naficy Mobile App for iPhone and Android.
The Naficy App has all the same features as the web version but from within the app you can also

- Manage your Brilliant Distinctions and Aspire accounts
We recommend downloading the Naficy App for the best, most seamless experience. Just search your app store for “naficy” or “seattleface”.
Naficy Rewards powered by Perkville has also launched! You should have received a welcome email with instructions on activating your account. All of your past points have been rolled over into the new system but you won’t be able to use them until you activate your account.
If you did not receive the email, you can visit https://naficy.perkville.com, click “Forgot password?”, enter the email address you have on file with us and you’ll receive an email with instructions on setting a new password.
We’d also like to remind you that starting January 1st, our Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy will be in effect and valid credit card will be required to schedule all future appointments. We’ve established this policy to provide the highest level of service to all of our patients. By providing us timely notice of a cancellation, we may be able to accommodate other patients with the appointment slot. This is vital given high patient demand and limited availability of appointments.
We want thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we strive to best serve the needs of all of our patients. Our new Naficy Scheduling and Naficy Rewards are just a couple examples of this.
