Front Desk Coordinator

Perfect candidate would be an outgoing professional person who radiates a positive attitude and contagious energy. Someone who can make others feel important, welcomed, and informed. Maintains a professional demeanor, appearance, and team-oriented behavior even amongst a large amount volume of tasks. Ensuring a positive first impression with patients both by phone and in person is a must.

Must be EXCELLENT with multi-tasking - including juggling multiple phone lines, welcoming patients, and scheduling appointments, virtually simultaneously, all while maintaining a big smile on your face.

Duties include

  • Answering multi-line phone with a high volume of calls
  • Educating patients, in-depth, on all available procedures, products, and providers
  • Responsible for registering patients, verifying patient and insurance information in addition to data entry
  • Schedule large volume of appointments daily for multiple providers
  • Collect appropriate payments from patient at time of service
  • Works in conjunction with other team members and clinical staff to create an exceptional experience for each patient

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a customer service setting is required. Professional experience in a cosmetic surgery setting is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment all while providing the highest level of customer service to our patients

Surgical Assistant/Medical Assistant

Perfect candidate would be an energetic, positive individual with a professional demeanor, and team-oriented approach.  Must be an excellent multi-tasker and be able to prioritize well.

Duties include

  • Assisting providers in the OR and clinic
  • Assisting with post-operative visits, wound care, suture removal
  • Assisting with inventory and purchase of supplies
  • Assisting with documentation

Requirements

  • Prior experience in assisting with procedures.
  • Surgical Assistant/Medical Assistant Certification
  • Experience in a dermatology, or plastic surgery setting is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment all while providing the highest level of customer service

Surgical RN

Rare opportunity to work as a Surgical Nurse in a busy and successful plastic surgery center in Bellevue, WA. Our center is looking for the perfect candidate to join our family. We are looking for a full-time RN at our Ambulatory Surgery Center with experience in pre-op/post-op and PACU/Recovery.  At least one year of RN experience is required. Candidate must be able to direct care and delegate responsibilities appropriately to other staff members. Must be able to work under minimal supervision. Must be organized, courteous, and professional. Heavy emphasis on outstanding customer service.

Duties include

  • Preparing patients for surgery during their pre-operative appointment requiring comprehensive patient education (post care instructions, medication regimens, risk/benefits of surgery, full assessments) 
  • Demonstrating and discussing post operative care instructions to patients and caregivers after surgery.    
  • Circulating, recovery, and, on occasions, filling in as a scrub nurse.
  • Wound care during post operative appointments.
  • Triaging incoming calls, emails, and inquires.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year RN experience required.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current Washington State RN License
  • BLS and ACLS needed within 6 months of hire.
