Revision Rhinoplasty Patient 2
This young woman had a significant contour deformity of her nose as a result of her multiple prior rhinoplasty procedures years ago. Her nose was significantly upturned, with too much nostril showing. There was still a significant hump that had not been adequately addressed at the time of her original rhinoplasty. She underwent revision rhinoplasty to help correct her problems and to obtain a more natural and aesthetically pleasing contour to her nose. She was found to have had a silicone implant in her nose, which was removed and replaced with her own cartilage. Summary: revision rhinoplasty, secondary rhinoplasty, multiple rhinoplasty, upturned nose, silicone implant removal, over-rotated nose, hanging columella, open rhinoplasty, septoplasty, ear cartilage grafting, septal cartilage grafting, spreader grafts, columellar strut, tip graft.
